Yes Nevada I meant, was this known already? Because I got just a few minutes ago the fresh Nevada filing for the increase.

Where do you see the 100 million figure?

I just checked the Nevada SOS website, and the filing from February 26, 2021 shows 60 million common and 10 million preferrred.

Changed from the 11-21-19 filing that showed 50 million and 10 million.

If there is another filing showing 100 million, I'm not finding it. If there is a link or a screenshot, please post.
