Yeah... I couldn't take it anymore either... Constant posting... hot and cold and the caps on for attention. Not respecting the board members. First person I have ever put on ignore on any board! If they can't take the heat, then get the hell out of the kitchen. Nice and calm now!!! And BTW thanks to all the logical posters here!
If you read my last posts you will find the link to the filing on the SwissExchange (SIX) that spells it out. It is an obligatory disclosure like a 10k or such with the SEC. IT is stated in no uncertain terms that their goal is to acquire shares at price preferably not exceeding 0.35SFr. Look at the charts for confirmation and also note the sudden sell offs at the End Of Day and / or Opening auctions..... I do not have the time to post often so my message history is short so it is easy for you to find that link.
