Hello again Mr. Lee,

I see there is some dilution going on lately...shareholders never like to see that but on the bright side I DO like you are updating the SS on your web. Can we expect much more dilution coming??...maybe a reverse split?...hope not...specially this last one.

Hi xxxxxxx;

There was a small conversion of debt to shares in January, which was the first time we've issued shares in over 18 months. From what I understand that noteholder is holding the shares and not selling, so I suspect what might be happening today is simple profit taking after a large runup.

And no, we are not currently planning on a reverse split.
