#1043 RE: Blitzed #1042

Q4 earnings due March 23

Q4 AC over time should be over $5m including kanepi, that's over $20m annual rate of recurring revenue. There is a clear path to $40m by the end of 2021 if they just keep connecting assets. Add initialization revenue and project revenue on top.

Invest Alberta deal looks positive. Fidus Global too. All good business development.

70,000 near-term objective, the connections in Q4 were 4,692 so at that rate the 70k is a summer event.

Now raised $7m from debentures since December, is that enough to get to cash flow positive?

What about the capital pull forward arrangements?

Prime, are you still waiting with a buy order at $1.50?

Has kanepi grown since the $2.4m run rate was announced in June? The incentive payout is for a $10m revenue from kanepi in the first 12 months.

Why release the earnings before the market open and have the conference after the market closes?

Growth opportunities from PRs:

1) Connected workers in China, 1k by end of year, possible 20k in 2021. How much is each?
2) Heat exchangers, 10k at existing customers, each one = 10x revenue from a connected building HVAC. So the revenue opportunity here at existing customers is = 100k connected HVAC units. Expected to connect at least 1k heat exchangers by end of this year = same revenue as connecting 10k buildings.
3) nybl partnership ($14m ARR by end of 2021)
4) Aramco possible deals
5) Buildings HVAC is the bulk of the current connected assets
6) Air cleaning product to fight virus partnership with SecureAire
7) Wind turbines
8) Connected oil & gas, pipelines, over 1k connected and monthly revenue is 5x that of a connected building HVAC
9) kanepi $2.4m ARR but targets for incentive were $10m ARR in first 12 months
10) Digital twins which was said could be $8m in second half 2020 depending on timing, so even if there is a delay into Q1 there that's still $8m in half a year.
11) AutoPro project revenue, originally said to be $35m per year but some has converted into AssetCare
12) Telehealth:
Agnity devised a cloud-based communication and collaboration platform to support clinical workflows, offering HIPAA-compliant secure text, voice, image and video messaging; easy patient access to data; alarms and notifications from telemetry systems; hospital registration, medication administration and more.

Agnity’s cloud-based MobileCare platform works on all popular mobile devices and includes business analysis tools for customizing workflows down to the department level. It’s currently in use by nearly 100 healthcare facilities throughout North America and Europe, including one of the largest healthcare systems in the U.S.
