What I don’t understand is why do the merger and have the surviving entity GTMM ?? That’s what the merger doc says.

So, why CJG would bother doing the debt reOrg(which will take up to 60 days if not longer) and deal with the costs? Also, why merge into GTMM if you don’t want to take the merge in company public?

The address listed in the merger doc has the same address as skyClimber who has a good amount of business in different industry’s.
