Yep, that who I posted a few weeks ago. Looks very interesting as the Canadian company is legit and looking to establish a US presence. I don't know about reverse mergers, is that the only way to essentially take over a stock symbol?
It's also interesting their US HQ is very near where Infinite is/was.
