Hey Patrick I asked you a question and you answered it with an off topic answer that does not make sense. I have stuck up for you here and tried to trust you but unfortunately your actions do not correlate with your words. You say your off the board and you come back, I ignore it, you say you will have news soon you push it back, i ignore it, you say you can't talk anymore as per people telling you not to two days ago then yesterday you start talking again here comes a deal, etc. It appears that you are playing a game. You say one thing and your actions show another. For a man who says that you believe in the lord and believe in your company you sure are giving off mixed messages and are about to disappoint both. Sad to say that your mistrust is about to lose a shareholder. Remember money comes and goes but try to have a little Integrity it will never betray you and it will go a long way and assist you in your darkest times when you really need it!

ACCR after all these years finally has AGREED to a good ole' fashioned Wall Street merger. Valuation and terms of the DEAL.....The merging Company will be disclosed at a later date. I had to cut my stake considerably for this DEAL to happen.

186,500,000 cut 168,000,000 giving to the NEW MEGA EQUITY GROUP.
equals about 20,000,000 shares left over for our GROUP.

This is the problem why say one thing and do another confuses people. And who is M. I thought his name was R.? This is what I am talking about. No one needs details or specifics just consistency.

My point is words an actions have to line up and one affects the other. When the two are synchronized there is no doubt. When they are not it makes things very foggy.

I would just be cautious in posts because some of them are very confusing in timing and what the message is being portrayed. It gets people dazed and unsteady. Sometimes no news is good news with no misunderstandings until the moment of impact.
