All of those have had no official news and filings for years. MDIN just put out a SEC uploaded S1 4 months ago with plans to go current and uplist to OTCQB.

None of the issuers above has posted any information with OTC Markets Group, Inc. or filed any information with the Securities and Exchange Commission for over a year."
