It's all speculation until the next pr, but the SEC has been cracking down on toxic convertible debt lenders and other penny stock predators and there are a new range of possibilities for microcaps who want to do things right.
Management followed through on timely filings promised, and until I get a definitive whiff of something fishy here, I will wait to see what's next
