I guess a 1.8 billion for 1 reverse split is in order to clean things up. Then, with his preferred share majority total ownership, he can issue a bunch more to himself, family and friends, change ticker to no longer be associated with what happened here, etc, etc

Fundamentally they are still losing money and only alive by diluting shareholders. This has not changed for last 2-3 years. I doubt it will change in the future.

I already seeing that from TROW. That was fun to watch. Can't say he wasn't warned.
