ATWEC SEC Non-register therefore, no 8-k has been files with the SEC.
However, I see the total earnings increasing ten fold. YTD total over 24 million that is an awesome achievement.

The idea is, will they do an 8-k if it is confidential. I would of thought an 8-k would require material information, so how can they do both. The reality will be in the next filing.
