I agree. I don't believe there has been an insider sale this year. These guys have a plan.

I still think the withdraw of the offering was simply because they know they will not need it. The deal may not be complete and ready to be put into an 8K or PR, but I sense confidence and am holding and waiting.

There are alot of details to put together.

Too much potential to fold now.
