Hi zerohedge. IMO, acquiring brands has two folds: closing competition or owning an advantage. The first fold does not make sense in the case of $NBEV. The market is flush with energy drinks (& exotics), vanity products, and other "health" trinkets. They'll be in the dirt before they dig out of that hole. The second might make sense, if $NBEV has a distribution system to exploit a product's limited success. Can $NBEV boast a ~dominate manufacturing, marketing, or distribution system that elevates a diamond in the rough from it's shortcomings? IMO, $NBEV doesn't have those qualities or resources. BTY, have you drank any of this $hit? It's all about marketing and distribution.
