Risk, Based on the 10-K report; they sold approximately 6.8 million shares and they received around 68 million dollars that comes to approximately $10 per share... you’re right they could have make more if they sold on the way up to $24 per share, not on the way down. I assume they were selling their shares on the way down after the PR. They didn’t expect the media would spin the good phase 1 as a negative. I think it was greed that caught them.
