There are probably other numerous possibilities. Too many to mention. In addition ACB has not disclosed the $39 million lawsuit in any of their filings. There may be settlement talks.Also ACB has warrants that expire in Sept. of this year. Those warrants have been an impediment to other financings and market cap. Now that T Booth is taking over AUSA as CEO he may also take over CTTH. These guys at CTT that are running it almost ran it to the ground
