If I discuss my peronal brokerage account, that is my business. My only responsibility is to obey the laws of my state and my country, including the regulatons that the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission imposes on individual U.S. inestors.
Kevin Kriesler has a different responsibility because of his different status. We don't talk about him because of his personal investments, we talk aout him because he is the CEO of a publicly-traded and U.S.-based corporation. As the CEO, he fought and ultimately lost a lawsuit that ended last Monday because of a decision of the Supreme Court to not review the case.
I have moved on because I am an individual investor. Kevin has not moved on. The end of the lawsuit freed him of any responsibility for giving out information that could harm the company's case. The suit is over. Greenshift lost. Nothing he says or does can harm the company's disputed patents any more. The U.S. justice system has determined that those patents are invalid.
Somebody needs to tell Kevin that it is time to move on. The GERS sharehoders deserve to know what Greenshift's future looks like. We deserve to hear answers, from the company or its' CEO, to these questions.
1. How many valid patents does Greenshift own now?
2. What processes do these patents cover?
3. How many other companies have paid Greenshift for a license to use his patented technology?
4. What is the company estimate of the 2021 revenue from these licenses?
5. What other sources of revenue does the company have?
6. What is the company estimate of the 2021 revenue from those other sources?
7. How much short-term and long-term debt does Greensift have now?
8. Does Greenshift expect to have enough income in 2021 to pay the current portion of this debt?
9. How many classes of shares does Greenshift have?
10. How much voting power does each class have?
11. Does any institutional investor own more than 50% of the total voting power of the Grenshift Corporation?
12. What joint ventures has Greenshift committed to?
13. What does each joint venture require Greenshift to do?
14. Will Greenshift file any 10-Ks, 10-Qs,8-Ks, and Form 4s this year?
15. Will the company file all of these reports or just the most recent ones?
