I've held a long position for some time now. The company has great IP and is well along to commercialization. I had my suspicions that TC would dilute into the news, but then thought this time we were covered by the existing cash on hand and existing ATM facility. But looking back, a lot of us got gapped and trapped a few years ago with TCs surreptitious secondary after he touted a big "cash runway." TC sure loves his "strong balance sheet." Guessing we recover from here and move to the $5-$7 range. Biotech dilutive financing is frustrating....until you get there and have a $20 stock, which hopefully is a year or less away.
