In general, if bitcoin is struggling, CCTL will also struggle price wise. Having said that, we have seen this movie before with bitcoin many many times.
It has a nice run up, then it falls and settles somewhere still far above the previous high. Then this repeats. CCTL going from .002 to .02 and hanging around there for a while until the next bitcoin move up, or big company news, makes perfect sense and gives the good investors a chance to load up on more shares before the next run:)
