#1 and all those who buy stock are along for the ride. As share holders we own part of the company and have every right to know and ask question about how things are progressing.
#2 The short term flippers and over eager shareholders looking over overnight profits, To label share holders over eager because they ask questions seems ridicules. Personally I don't remember seeing anyone say they are looking for over night profits?
One thing I'll never understand in the world we live in today is why people have the need to condemn others.
