'Ren'...That's just it ...nothing has been solid for some time! So sometimes your have to go with your gut. Sometimes flying blind but like a bat! SC.

'Ren' - Now there may be some confusion on my part...but from what I have postulated to date is that the 'court' is required to oversee and input as the due process of 'chapter 11' otherwise it would become a toothless gong show. Are you saying there is no 'Judge' or 'Court appointed officer' to log these processes? If I am correct such procedure would sure to be documented and archived as public info. Any input would be appreciated...thanks. As am example of my thinking and what I am in pursuit is the following link SC.
