Lets remember one thing about trying to short penny stocks.
Frist your broker has to allow it. With Schwab you need special permission and put up additional funds in your margin account.
Second FINRA has this thing ... costs $2.50 per share to short a penny stock.
Doubt many would see that as a money making opportunity since over the last few months the stock has been trading in a tight channel....
Lets see the numbers say someone wants to short 100,00.
besides broker fees FINRA charges $2.50 per share x 100K,, I wonder who's putting up 250 thousand bucks to what maybe make 5% lol
Wait what if it goes up 10% that's a hell of a margin call.
