I'm somewhat in the same position. I'm giving them March to see if the news matches how much the CEO has been pushing March. For the last two months it's been next week, soon, March, very soon, coming soon. Shareholders, albeit less patient in the OTC than the Big Boards, can only wait so long.
I know long term is holding can work, but in the OTC, the price shifts are too violent. Additionally, we didn't set the March benchmark, the company did. We'll see what happens soon. Crap now I'm saying soon also.
