I wasn’t in the room but I suspect it won’t change anything.
It just goes to show how badly they have needed money and why my first judgment that Tilray shareholders were saved, was exactly correct.
If they raise money and don’t spend it before the merger closes, then the money all goes into one pile.
Hopefully Simon knows what he is doing, and didn’t overpay. I hate ending up with fewer shares.
Tilray shareholders are getting a gift.
