gfp: As Bob Rinear pointed out today the 10 Yr Bond Broke 1.5% and the Treasury just conducted the worst 7 Year Treasury Auction in history. If The Fed is going to keep buying debt they need to move out farther toward the longer end....10 yrs and 30 yrs before they rise too high. And their over reliance on the short end of the yield curve is a potential danger to Money market funds who buy a lot of the short term paper. If short term paper goes to a negative yirld it kills the money market sector. It's a shit show all around.
