All we know is that there is going to be an "Update". Nothing more. There is no guarantee that they will state the we are current. People are setting this stock up to fail tomorrow with baseless knowledge.
Usually, stocks go up when expecting news in few days or next day. This stock does not perform well at all today. Are we expecting a lousy financial report tomorrow, this is the only reason I can think of explaining of a down day. Penny stocks do not usually generate income.
