I for one only appreciate your analysis . I am hopeful you have this right but will never blame you if the time line is wrong. Nothing ever seems to happen on any schedule down here. Further , there is no blame if you are completely wrong about time or VISA buyout. We all make our decisions for ourselves on buying or not buying.
