"Them" means who? TDS can not be responsible for things before the process was completed. Once the process was completed they did release the RS info.

Agreed, during the voting process, the RS info was not known. But whose responsibility was to inform the shareholders at the voting stage of the game? I don't believe it was TDS' responsibility.

Them saying that the merger is dependent on one but not informing the shareholders who voted to approve the merger, is fraud, plain and simple.
