sanddollar the answer is very simple. There is nothing of any consequence going on to waste time BS ing about.
I had a few minutes while waiting for the Patriots game to start, so I though I would utilize my often going on and on
reputation to spit out my views,.

Everyone with any sense at all knows Cdex is on shaky grounds.

Most sensible people who really look into the company as it stands today knows it is not at present a scam.

It has been shown that the crap we Loch shareholders sold Cdex turned out to be just that,with hopeful potential.

What had been supposedly ready for testing ,flunked.

As each flunked the company scrapped it temporarily.

Sure they survived by selling shares. Sure they sold some to several jackasses that tried other means to make money. Someone said they bought shares for .10 .You can bet your butt it wasn't Guiddard? . I am sure if such could have been proven ,she would not have been told Naughty, Naughty,
Please don't do it again.

Some question why Malcolm didn't put his Sec information with his old firm,or with his patent attorneys.
I believe in the real world it is frowned upon,as conflict. Plus maybe Winston thought he couldn't make it,and wanted no part of it, or maybe they were PO'd that he walked or was pushed,who knows and who should really give a damn.
I believe they were dealing with Rindge?? before they had need for a patent attorney.Also 1 or 2 complaints from accounts does not a villian make.

Many of you cheered that Malcolm showed his true colors and ran with his tail between his legs as soon as he got the boyz of the hook and covered his own azz at the same time when he brought on Griffin.

Now why would he be such a stupid azz and jump right back in when he was out free and clear. That's termed cutting ones throat ,wouldn't you say.

Whoops I went past my alloted time and the game is more interesting than the BS spread on some of these boards.

Like I say CDEX may or may not make it , But the perpetrators would be absolutely stupid to go from 6 people(management and employees) in 2003 to 12 in 2006 if they did not plan on attempting some useful moves,whether completely successful or not.
