Yes, management and employees of PBLS will have a steady income and a good 8 to 5 job if they do well. The real payoff though is in the share price as management and employees own shares.
PBLS with all its divisions and diversity of business operations is very complicated for a company of its size and experience. I expect there will be failures and struggles as they grow but admire their tenacity and courage to pull the trigger as opportunities arise.
