I'm glad that MBB was furious about this incident, any respectable CEO who wants to walk in integrity would be uptight. He will get the job done, I'm confident in his ability and I'm comfortable with my investment here at this time.

O.T. How long has AGTC been paying a dividend? And what can you tell me about their most recent financials? They don't seem to update their website very often, did they spinoff their oil and gas operation?
