No conversions in nearly 3 months despite all convertible notes being well beyond eligibility. Jim Zimbler, Director, and Vice President has personally loaned the company nearly 1.4 million. His convertible note is convertible at .0287 and yet he has converted nothing, even when we were over .10.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say he might know something!
