#13420 RE: binzur #13412

binzur;

IMO the "We have all of our SEC filings ready but could not file them electronically because we never filed electronically before" is BS.

If you have financial reports ready and have nothing to hide; you would make every effort on the planet to get the information to shareholders and potential shareholders in the investment community.

Paper file them. They have before;

Fax them. FedEx them. Press Release was on January 5th. There is no excuse why they cannot paper file. There is no approval process as any SEC filer is responsible for their content.

NEW YORK-(Business Wire)-January 5, 2007 - IBAC Corporation (Pink Sheets:IBCX), a Hospitality Holding Company, today announced that it had filed its application for electronic filing status with the SEC, the SEC has rejected the application based on previous filings as they were "paper filings" the company is in the process of correcting this.

The SEC has informed the company that to be able to file reports electronically that it must have had filed previously via electronic filing, so the company now is in the process of "back tracking" per the SEC instructions to correct this situation.

"The company will correct this matter, so that we may file the appropriate (electronically) paperwork for its stated goals. The company intends to become a fully reporting and trading OTCBB company," stated Wayne Burmaster President IBAC Corporation.

Make it so. Every day that goes by without doing what you would say you would do hurts.

Good luck.

"You can't tell me me they do not know the November sales numbers yet we haven't seen them . . ."

I may be wrong but most companies post quarterly, not monthly wthin a PR. I'm not understanding the problm here.

binzur as an assistant moderator of this board that you are i will be glad to tell you more about basic things regarding the gathering and the managing of the information in general.
it is very well to dig info about a company's past but before posting any of it you should manage this info and see if by posting it you might hurt the Co or notand thus hurting your investment.
you are aware that IBAC corp is in a transition phase since 18 december and that means they are closing deals that will change the Co future Business and those deals need some time to close and instead of calming down some of the irritated people here as an assistant moderator of this board, you do the opposit by digging info that you don't have the certitude of their accurency and even if you they are that does not mean that the Co is diluting.
MM's table their move on people like you trust me on that i saw it several times on different Co ,they turn the faithfull shareholders into the worst enemy for the CO and they play THE SPIRAL OF DEATH till the end.
if this is your intention do it and if the Co does not come out with substantial news this week to counter all negativity you will succeed big time in what you're doing.
please do not take any of the written here as personal .i would have posted it as a general info but i am addressing you as an assistant moderator.
best regards
