Blame the company, not the messenger. He's not a trained sell side analyst.
They should have released a prepared statement with items that they were comfortable discussing. First and foremost, some insight into the RS and what they intend to do.
Looking on the bright side, if this were an outright pump it probably would not be admitting to any level of uncertainty about the conclusions.
My take is this is both well intentioned and accurately reported by nomad, but inconclusive simply by virtue of being "released" in an anecdotal and non-verifiable exchange with a single shareholder, and that putting out ANYTHING through such a channel indicates a high degree of naivete about being a public company on the part of CLHI/TDS.
