RB Capital doesn't invest in a company unless that company ALREADY has all of the makings to explode but just needs the capital to finish off what is already there. RB already knows what the catalysts are. Why is PCTL a perfect fit? Think?

1. A 22 strong Distribution network
2. A live multi-million dollar Oil deal ALREADY in place for PCTL Hydrolyte but it hasn't affected the PPS YET
3. A UK Hospital test worth hundreds of hospitals
4. An imminent Oil test for PCTL Catholyte worth possibly hundreds of millions of dollars
5. A major lawsuit victory that includes licensing fees but has not been announced
6. A major patent granted to PCTL that hasn't been announced
7. Distributors are inking major deals
8. Multiple hospital installations have occurred and are occurring

This is why RB Capital stated yesterday that they are providing conventional loans for $4,500,000.00!!
