A few scenarios(most are good)

1- The lawsuit is thrown out, or HCMC loses lawsuit and carries on somehow.

2- The lawsuit goes South and HCMC goes under

3-HCMS wins lawsuit and PM is ordered to pay big $$ to HCMC which propels stock

4- PM has to pay royalties and use rights to HCMC which propels HCMC stock

5-PM settles with HCMC and pays them $$ which propels HCMC stock

6-PM Simply buys out HCMC and their technologies etc, which also propels $$ for HCMC stock holders.

MOST of the above scenarios are good for HCMC stock holders.

If this thing even hits 10 cents, that nets someone $100k if they own a million shares, of it hits .25 cents, onward, it's life changing. Thats why this is a relatively low risk stock investment(as long as you only put in what you are prepared to lose) If you got in for a million shares at 0.0005 that's only $500 invested for a chance to hit big. Hell, that $500 investment pays $10,000 if the stock hits a penny. I think we have all seen worse stocks top a penny
