Roag, this actually gets into the known issue that both companies need to address. The number of CC shares issued to Lans was increased from 1,000 to 8M, but the conversion mechanics are not abundantly clear. I did even download the filing from NVSOS to verify, and the shares DO exist. I just can't tell you with confidence how they will convert since the old formula really was designed for the 1,000 number.
