The announcement is two months old. It was terrible news at the time, and is the reason I have repeatedly commented about NUUU's management failure to give any verifiable info regarding what we own, and what they have in store to support shareholder value. I believe the original announcement was given to clearly disavow any pumping by the company as cause for the spike in pps which was occurring at that time. They have not made any similar statements about this most recent climb.

I believed then, and still do that this stock has great potential to be a game changer for investors. NUUU's management just hasn't opened up to clearly show the value some of us feel is there. It remains a gamble of risk vrs reward. It certainly isn't a "sure thing" right now. I hope it eventually proves itself. Good luck.

He resigned from the board of directors NOT from the company.

I saw one of these before for this company and for other stocks.
I doubt this is from the company or they would have released in to the public, not just a supposed lucky find on the internet.
