just because it makes it to court, doesn't mean there will not be a settlement. Maybe PM is trying to intimidate HCMC by the amount of attorneys it has to get them to settle for less $. If they are fighting it, why are high ups in PM unloading their stock and why are high ups in HCMC taking their stock?
