Ed it looks like Wei is making sure and marking his class is commons

The document states for every 100 common shares they convert to 1 common untouchable share. An untouchable class share is a preferred share, So all it is saying is that Wei's 100 million control shares convert at a 1:100 ratio should he decide to convert them. Has nothing at all to do with common shareholders. If it were a RS it would be filed with FINRA not NVSOS
