Had a quick look at the fins. No way with its current structure does it justify a 3 billion market cap, and there is some toxic financing in there. $50,000 with a guaranteed buy at 0.005.. as the stock is at nearly a dollar, they will make a fortune dumping them.. the rise was from near zero to 1.5 before dropping back. I assume there is some sort of story, but it looks very pumpy / dumpy.
If it is a reverse merger, you can bet one of their first actions will be to clean up the OS with a Reverse Split, and assign the new directors with Class / Preferred shares.
