Agree, but the question asked that he answered was about the company doing a stock buyback. SO, it was confusing. Plus, does a grey market company need to file a Form 4 if it was a company buyback?

So, they need to file a Form 4 if the shares were bought for them personally. That tells us they need to file relatively soon OR it is false information that he/they bought shares.
It literally says in the IDCNadmin post that "shares were bought back"... SO, that's why I assumed it was for the company. Which is why I requested a PR stating what is going on. Confusion as usual.
