Great Post Mcol52 Those are the kinds of posts we NEED on this board. It seems Alex actually may be doing things CORRECTLY and with diligence .We didnt always feel that way through dilutions and ghosting .

I'm shocked that after losing money in UATG for 7 years I've , in just a few weeks, had a $1/2 million gain! Not bad for a tiny $20k investment risk 25x's my investment!

I am sure this is only the beginning and I will NOT be selling on any little down turns.

Have not sold ANY shares for a quick $100k.....can live without it for now and wait for the big $$ Already have a nice pension,,,,,,dont need the money but would like it....lol

Mcol52 - Thank you so much for taking the time to put all this together. I have done quite a bit of DD around UATG and recent activity however the details you provided really help fill the gaps and tell the story as to how they got to where they are.

This is really an exciting story unfolding here and with their share structure, management, ongoing and future catalysts, etc. it really seems like we are at the ground floor of something amazing. This is a great read up for anyone considering investing into this ticker.
