SPOT ON!

From the first day of the PA and the amended AS to one trillion, this thing didn't smell right, that is in the normally world of finance.

It NEVER made sense that a company with pedigree like SRAX would set up such a ridiculous and insane share amount.

I love it when we see posters show up an think the company tanked the stock with the intention to sink it day one. All you have to do is look at the make up of the directors and executive offers to know this is no OTC group.

Yes...their is more to this story!

This "theory" is the FIRST meaningful answer I've seen in over 6-months that reasonably supports the AS. It's the first idea I've seen that makes perfect sense.

I love your DD trail here, and plan on digging in to it as well as some ideas I have on my own.
