In 2006 if you look at trading history it looks like between 2/13 and 7/17 there were maybe 600-700 million shares traded. Obviously no way to know have many traded more than one time. Meaning might be the same 300 M traded back and forth. Then essentially zero volume until jan 13th 2020...1.4B shares. Feb 3rd 1.14B then June 8th the day before Lazar starts court 1.43B shares. No other real volume before that. Another 1.38B on July 20th. It is a very real possibility they do own a majority of the commons or someone was almost telepathic in their investment in knowing what is coming if you compare these buys to the court filings.
