Once a jury trial is set is when the court has recognized that the case has merit. Thats when any talks of settlement begin. At that point PM will definitely consider all things including the huge bill from Cozen legal fees if PM is unsuccessful. We are nit there yet so we will see. Court cases are drawn out and delayed for specific reasons that will benefit the party asking for delay. When that becomes counter productive (such as PM cant win and they are just racking up bills) that tune will change quickly. Like i said we are just not at that stage of the game yet. Without delays, PM responds, after PM responds is when the judge decides on merit and if he feels the case has merit he sets jury trial. PM is definitely not folding before that process plays out. That tune could change very fast after the judge sees merit in the case and gives this baby some legs. Oh it’s going beyond pennies.$$$$$$ HCMC $$$$$
Gonna be a lot of hype between now and then, good and bad. Don’t believe the hype. It’s not going to be years. Not next week but not years
