Cox abandoned all previous deals he pumped for two years, and now never a word or an update about them.

Big news is hidden in the message. No doubt Surge pushing move to NASDAQ, but even more, reading between the lines, SurgeLogics could spin-off. If that happens, will be interesting to see how many shares existing share holders will get free. If/when something is filed, Surge could get a really big boost with investors trying to get in on the new company if it happens. JMHO
