John, regardless of who "wrote" the PRs, the COMPANY is still liable for any falsities contained therein. And I have been told that Steve really didn't write any of those earlier PRs himself (Petar suposedly wrote them all), but it doesn't matter. The COMPANY is also responsible for overseeing the actions of its officers and directors and for any information which is released to the shareholders and the public in the name of the COMPANY.
The bottom line is that the COMPANY bears responsibility for some of the acts which caused us to lose our money. That is why they are named in the OSC complaint. And they will also be named in civil suits which follow.
