Maybe look again as it was a paint and not 30%. This cannot be that hard to see what these OTC cesspool plays do. Read the past 82 PR's of everything SIPC never did and only dumped shares.

SIPC has no employees, no products besides shares to dump. Do not take over the bags from the many begging newbies to do so.
