All due respect SF, that is general writings in share exchange agreements. Maybes, could and might etc. They wanted to come in and clean share count up, and run out magnifind. That might not be on the same route some people wanted, might not end up being the best fit etc. It is real though, the people are real. Use this for capital and they could run out a real product that could help and make money. I like that version of capitalism the best :-D
