Of course it can make sense. This is easy to flip over and over again. Make some money instead of holding forever. Maybe one day the actual boom will happen but history has shown you can buy this sub 0.03 and flip it almost every time for at least a 100% profit every couple of months. Also just look at the downward trend the past several years. That’s facts.
